This policy covers contenttuneup.com, the Content Tuneup app at app.contenttuneup.com, and the Content Tuneup WordPress plugin. It says what we collect, why, and who it’s shared with.

What we collect

• Invite requests. The name, email address, company, role and message you send with the “Request an invite” form.
• Your account. Your email address, which you sign in with using a one-time code, and when you signed in.
• What you work on. The drafts, briefs, posts and images you run through the tools; the projects you set up; the pages and links found when your site is scanned; and the link suggestions you accept or dismiss, which make up your Link Tracker.
• Your settings, such as your Image Tuneup preferences.
• Technical data needed to run the service and protect it from abuse, such as IP addresses in server logs and for rate limits.

How we use it

• To provide the service: finding link suggestions, checking titles, writing alt text, optimizing images and tracking links.
• To decide on invite requests and contact you about them.
• To send sign-in codes and other emails about your account.
• To keep the service secure and working.

We don’t sell your data, show ads, or use advertising or analytics trackers.

Who it’s shared with

Only the companies that run parts of the service for us:

• Anthropic, whose Claude AI reads the content you run through the tools to write suggestions, checks and alt text.
• Render, which hosts the app, this website and the database, in the United States.
• Hostinger, which sends our email.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

The app uses one cookie to keep you signed in. This website uses no cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and what you’ve worked on for as long as you have an account. Invite requests are kept until they’re handled and for a reasonable time afterwards. Ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data through the contact form.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email.
